1. Introduction & Your Agreement
Welcome to RestoreClick! My name is Lily, and I built this service to help you bring your cherished photo memories back to life. These terms outline the agreement between you (the "User") and RestoreClick ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and paying for our photo restoration service (the "Service"), you agree to these terms, including our Refund Policy outlined in Section 5.
2. The Nature of Our AI Service
RestoreClick uses advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) to digitally enhance, colorize, and repair photographs. It's important to understand the nature and limitations of this technology:
- Variability of Results: The quality of the final restoration is highly dependent on the quality of the original photo you provide. Factors like focus, lighting, resolution, and the extent of damage all impact the final result.
- User Acknowledgment: By using our Service, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations. You agree that the variability of AI-generated results is inherent to the Service you are purchasing.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Photo Ownership: You must own the rights to the photos you upload or have permission from the copyright holder to modify them.
- Accurate Information: You agree to provide a valid email address for order communication and delivery.
- Downloading Your Photos: To protect your privacy, we only store your photos on our secure servers for 30 days after your order is complete. You are responsible for downloading and saving your photos within this timeframe.
4. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for the Service.

Your satisfaction is my most important goal. If you are not happy with the restoration of one or more of your photos, I want to make it right.
5.1 The 3-Day Review Period
You have three (3) days from the time you receive your "Restoration Complete" email to review your photos and request assistance.
5.2 The Required Refund Request Process
If you are unsatisfied with a result, the required first step is to submit a request through our official form. This is the only channel for submitting order-specific issues. Please do not contact your bank or credit card company.
On the form, you will be able to provide your order details, upload the specific photo in question, and choose one of two options for resolution:
- Free Manual Touch-Up: I will personally review the issue and try to fix the photo for you.
- Full Refund: If a touch-up is not possible or desired, I will issue a full refund for the photo(s) in question.
5.3 Chargeback Policy
By agreeing to these terms at checkout, you agree to follow the official resolution process detailed in Section 5.2 by using our Refund Request Form before seeking a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback without first submitting a request through our official form, we will consider it a breach of this agreement and will use this acceptance as evidence in our dispute.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestoreClick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
